These people wanted to have fun, but were too far away from the ocean. So they brought the perfect ocean to them. Great concept and am envious that they could produce great waves whenever they want.
Kinetic energy is the energy that an object has while it is in motion. An object at rest has zero kinetic energy. So in order to "Stay Kinetic", you gotta always make moves.
